Regarding the version of the differential:

1. This metal differential is a special differential for the brushless version of the car, which means it is only suitable for the brushless version of the car.

It can only be used with brushless motors and 6310+6311 or 6312 metal drive shafts.

So, it is not suitable for the brushed version of the car, unless you upgrade the brushed version of the car to a brushless version kit, you can use it.

2. There are two versions of this metal differential, the old version and the new version.

What are the differences between them?

The bearing diameter installed on the old version of the differential is 13mm,

The bearing diameter installed on the new version of the differential is 12mm,

They are not universal,

The old version has been discontinued and is out of stock,

Now there is only the new version, but don't worry, the factory has configured the metal aluminum ring in the kit,

If your differential is the old version of 13mm bearing, then you only need to put the metal aluminum ring on it and you can use it,

(12mm bearings can be turned into 13mm bearings by putting aluminum rings on them)

So, it's very simple, please refer to our pictures and measure the bearing diameter on your differential. Is it 12mm or 13mm?
